This 6 hour workshop is designed to give you six simple, safe and powerful techniques that can be done fully clothed so it’s appropriate in all settings. The techniques are appropriate for all ages and often form the core of many professional massage sessions.
Learn the secret that every massage and polarity therapist knows from experience. The only thing better than receiving bodywork is giving it. It's amazing how it helps you to align and balance as well as get a sense of deep inner fulfillment.
This class was created for all of you who love bodywork and would like to learn a few, very effective techniques that you can use in your everyday life. The work you will learn is done fully clothed so it canbe done anywhere with a wide range of people.
Stress Buster Class Format
The class is a combination of lecture, demonstration and practice with a focus on the most effective stress relieving techniques we know. Once you know how to do this work you can put people into a very relaxed state in 10 to 15 minutes. This is one of the best gifts you can give to your partner, children or friends as well as yourself.

Instructors: Taught by the advanced bodywork instructors at Spa Tech Institute, schools of massage and polarity therapy since 1980.
Attire: Clean, loose fitting, comfortable clothes. T-shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants recommended. Socks required.
Prerequisite: The class is designed as an introductory workshop for people who want to bring appropriate touch into their relationships with family or friends. It is not designed as an advanced CEU for massage therapists. Must be at least 18 to participate in the workshop.

What is RYSE?
RYSE (Realizing Your Sublime Energies) is state of the art energy system clearing and education developed by Nancy Risley, RPP. It is a revolutionary new paradigm of holistic healing and self management. RYSE is educates you on understanding your energetic systems and more importantly how to use them to quickly effect your emotional state, find your personal power and understand relationships through energetic system perception.
Nancy developed RYSE in 1989 as a result of her work with numerous clients who were also therapists. As she worked with her clients, Nancy became aware of how, as her clients became more empowered and began living a life in harmony with who they were, their Sublime Energetic Systems changed. She also saw how trauma and difficulties could distort, damage and cloud these systems.
It was simple. When clients were in a clear state, their systems were clear and repaired; when clients were in a blocked state, their energetic systems were blocked. Her clients were always growing and moving forward, and she saw how their Sublime Energetic Systems reflected their personal growth.
Through her work, it was clear that the sublime energetic systems have optimal placements that lead to the most positive results. She also realized that if she could clear and repair the sublime energetic systems to effect these results, with a little education, clients could do the same on themselves.
Therefore, Nancy developed RYSE to allow people to take conscious control of their own energy systems to lead more aligned, fulfilled and productive lives.
RYSE is an extension of Nancy’s work in advanced polarity therapy and a result of her many years of study and practice as a therapist. Since 1989 she has worked with thousands of RYSE clients. The first RYSE practitioner training was offered in 1997.
This work is unique and exciting because not only does it bring people to incredible levels of clarity from which to manifest their desires, but it is also an education. This is a complete system with support materials so you can repeat the clearing on yourself after the initial sessions. The system includes, RYSE, Tools for Life and 5 CDs of the meditations which include clearing compositions played on 18 quartz crystal bowls.
The impact of this work on people's lives is powerful. Once the negative energy patterns are cleared and re-patterned, and you have learned to reinforce the new patterns, you find your energy, creativity, patience, and clarity increasing dramatically.

Covers the musculoskeletal system in greater detail along with pathologies of these systems. Learning the structure of the body in detail assists in more effective technique, as well as more confidence and understanding of massage. Prepares students for the anatomy and physiology component of the National Certification Exam.

Covers the systems of the body and their pathologies excluding the skeletal and muscular systems. Prepares students for the anatomy and physiology component of the National Certification Exam.
Intro Swedish Massage
Introduction to Swedish Massage - 120 hours (15 days or 30 mornings or 30 evenings) (CEU courses are not accredited by NACCAS)
This is a focused training that covers the basics of Swedish Massage technique and application. At the end of this program you will be able to give a complete Swedish massage for relaxation and stress reduction and improvement of circulation.
This is a great adjunct for nurses, polarity therapists, physical therapists and other health care professionals. Friends and family will also deeply appreciate the sessions you can perform from this initial training. A wonderful experience for couples who want to increase their understanding of each other and expand their understanding of touch.
(This is the first module of the full 600 hour Therapeutic Massage career program or the 600 hour Holistic Massage career program. The credits may be transferred into a full career program for those who wish to continue.)
